Cunningham Park - 5 tennis courts: No. 16 through 20 - all the way toward the
back

5 Saturdays: 6/26,7/03,7/10,7/17,7/24
Session 2 has two groups:
Beginner : 9:00 am-10:15 am, Intermediate: 10:30 am-11:45 am
Grouping:
By age and level, depending on number of registrations in each. No separation
by gender
Ages:
Junior (7-13 years old), Youth (14-17 years) and Adult (18 years & older)
Levels:
CATSNY coaches will determine who will be in the beginner or intermediates groups
Fees:
FREE for junior & youth, $55.00 for adult, per session, payable upon registration.
(Compared with market rate of $80+/hour of private lesson, or $25/hour for group
lesson!)
Group size:
6 players per court as target, actual group size may vary
Program Guidelines:
- All Participants must sign a disclaimer for liability from injuries and
accidents before they start.
- Junior participants (7-13 years old) require parents/guardians to bring
them to and pick up from courts.
- All participants' session fees must be fully paid before they start. No
individual Parks Tennis Permit (costs $100) is needed, since CATSNY obtained
a permit for all participants.
- CATSNY is not responsible for inclement weather and at its sole discretion,
may cancel court time due to weather, and since Cunningham Park does not offer
rain dates, nor can we.
- All participants are responsible for their own tennis racquets, footwear,
clothing and accessories.
- CATSNY will provide Tennis balls, and is not responsible for loss of any
personal belongings.
- CATSNY may revise program offerings at its sole discretion, at any time.
Registration:
- Email Registration deadline : 5/12/2004 Wednesday at 5 PM, by email time
stamp,
- Registration Fee: $35.00 for juniors & youth, $55.00 for adults, per
session of 5 Saturdays, payable in full upon registration. If you pay by check:
payable to Chinese American Tennis Society of New York
- Refund: fully refundable if cancelled before start of first date or if
the entire session is cancelled, otherwise only if a full replacement is found.
- Priority: 2004 Summer Tennis Clinic Registration is on first-come-first-served
basis, however preference is given to CATSNY members and new participants
first and if space is available, then previous year's participants may enroll.
