Spring tennis party on Saturday May 17, 2003
Chinese American Tennis Society Of New York (CATSNY) would like to invite you
to our Spring tennis party on Saturday May 17, 2003.

Time: 7PM to 11PM on Saturday May 17, 2003
Location:
Syosset Sportime center
Hasket drive, Syosset, NY 516-364-2727
Average on court time per player: 2 hours.
Foods: Chinese buffet and beverages in lounge area.
Cost: $25 per player with dinner, $10 for dinner only.
Capacity: 64 players total.
Format of play:
Doubles by level, intermediate and advanced levels, play matches as scheduled
in 40 minutes sessions, 32 play while 32 lounge.
Beginners will be assigned to court for practice and basic instructions.
Prizes will be awarded to intermediate and advanced level's doubles winners, runner-up
and semi-finalists.
Raffle prizes will be drawn for all participants.
Registration:
E-mail boblee@catsny.org or davidhan@castny.org by May 10, with double partner's
and any non-player names, with cell phone and level of play: beginner (USTR 1.0-2.5),
intermediate (USTR 3.0-3.5) or advanced (USTR 4.0-4.5). Only 64 players will be
accepted, on a first come first served. payable in cash by May 10. Absolutely
no on-site registrations.
Equipment:
Each player must bring their own tennis racquet. non-marking sneaker and clothing.
Tennis balls will be provided.
CATSNY will not be responsible for injuries from play or lost personal items.
Directions:
LIE East to exit 40 east and will lead onto Jericho turnpike east
and proceed approx 1.5 miles and make right at Hasket drive (Hess Gas station
in corner) to parking lot.

that due to the Park of NEW YORK CITY refuse to give us the Tennis court time
for this Summer, There will be no Tennis camp this year. However, you
can contact our coach for arrange your individual lesson at the park.
