2003 CATS-NY Spring Tennis Practice
1. Purpose:
Provide a venue for CATS-NY members, our USA League team players to practice,
at a convenient time and location.
2. Schedule:
Saturdays 9 AM-Noon, May to July 2003, in two sessions: 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM;
and 10:30 AM - 12:00 Noon
3. Place:
Public tennis courts No. 16 to 20, 5 courts in the back of Cunningham Park,
Queens Driving Directions - From the city, take LIE east to Clearview Expressway
south to Union Turnpike west, passed 2 lights and parking lot is on left. From
Long Island, take LIE west to Clearview Expressway south to Union Turnpike west,
passed 2 lights and parking lot is on left. Also accessible from Francis Lewis
Blvd exit on LIE.
By public transport: Q46 bus on Union Turnpike, from Queens Blvd. or from LI.
4. Cost:
$5 per player per session of 1.5 hour, starting at 9AM or at 10:30 AM, payable
in cash at beginning of session to coordinators Byron Yu, Bob Lee or David Han.
5. Format:
Always practice in doubles or two player on each side of a court, pending assignment
by coordinator. You are entitled to at least one hour of court time per session.
6. Registration:
FOR USA League team players: with your respective captain.

We are very sorry
that due to the Park of NEW YORK CITY refuse to give us the Tennis court time
for this Summer, There will be no Tennis camp this year. However, you
can contact our coach for arrange your individual lesson at the park.
